Cars I have owned

• Morris 1000 Traveller (1961, Rose Taupe) article

• Alfasud (1975 Alfa Rosso, turned into a colander with nall the rust)
• Alfasud (1978 Black, didn't bloody learn, first car I bought new, and they were nice to drive, and I couldn't get rid of the other without somebody taking it off my hands)
• Moskvitch Estate (Beige, I think; sold a family car and the buyer wanted me to take this in PX, sold it a month later for a profit to somebody who liked them! Sailed agriculturally round corners- as in tacking, or was it jibeing?)
• Ford Escort XR3i (1981, Silver, the one with the tea tray on the back. Fast, cheap to run, dead-ish steering, not half the fun of the Alfasods (sic).)
• BMW 318i(1986, Baltic Blue, nice car once I had it fixed properly, didn't need any parts after that
• Haven't had my own car since mid '90s. Use public transport, taxis and hire cars on holiday.
